Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all front‑of‑house F&B operations in Doha, overseeing restaurants, concessions and joint‑venture outlets. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability and brand standards across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.
• Develop and implement cyclical product offers, menu calendars and pricing strategies to optimise revenue.
• Lead financial performance, analysing variances, controlling costs, and achieving targets set in the annual operating plan.
• Maintain and improve F&B sales data management systems, ensuring accurate price‑quality balance.
• Coordinate with JV partners and concessionaires on brand, menu development, training, marketing and logistics.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports and drive continuous product improvement with the Executive Head Chef.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld for both internal and external guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyse results, control costs and drive profitability.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP implementation.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work with external partners such as JV companies and concessionaires.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
