Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will organise, manage and control all front‑of‑house food and beverage operations at Qatar Duty Free, driving operational excellence and business analytics to maintain market share.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with HACCP and company policies.
• Develop cyclical product offers, menu calendars and sales data management systems to optimise pricing, quality and profitability.
• Analyse financial performance, control costs, manage par levels and present monthly reports.
• Coordinate with JV partners, concessionaires and the Executive Head Chef on brand, menu development and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with qualifications in food preparation and service (e.g., City & Guilds).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, currently in a similar F&B manager role within an international airport, hotel or shopping complex.
• HACCP certified and member of a hospitality institute (e.g., Institute of Hospitality).

Required skills

• Expert level use of electronic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Working knowledge of multi‑currency management.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and financial acumen.
