Food & Beverage Service Expert (Waiter)

About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly service to guests. Working in a dynamic restaurant environment, you will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining tables and stations according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Greet, serve, and attend to guests throughout their meal, ensuring prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service supplies.
• Handle menu presentation, verify items, and answer guest inquiries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and place objects as described.
