Freelance Arabic Commission-Based Salesperson

About the role

Caleemi, a digital platform for booking, consultations, payments, calendars, messaging, events and product sales, is looking for a group of remote freelance salespersons to acquire paying subscribers in selected GCC and Levant markets, with priority given to Arabic-speaking experts such as consultants, coaches, nutritionists, counselors, educators, creative creators, lawyers, psychologists and wellness professionals. This is a commission-only engagement with no upfront fees, retainers, salaries or separate advertising budget.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects and conduct Arabic-language outreach
• Present the platform, arrange or deliver demonstrations and answer subscription questions
• Follow up and close paid plans, matching prospects to a paid plan, converting them from a free trial or introductory offer, or offering a tailored proposal
• Success is measured by attributable, successfully collected subscriptions

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing or a related field is an asset
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in Doha or the wider GCC, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong Arabic communication skills, with good English as an advantage
• Comfortable working on a commission basis, with self-motivation and resilience
• Professional appearance and conduct suitable for client-facing, on-site work in Doha
• A calm home workspace with a reliable internet connection

The company supports sales efforts with product and pricing materials, standard messaging, a demonstration environment, training and sales collateral, and its product team can support provider-led demonstrations. Payout timing, renewal treatment and adjustments are defined before launch.
