Full Stack Engineer – React Lead (8+ yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance web applications in Qatar. The role focuses on React and related technologies, guiding a team of developers to build scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Mentor and coach developers, enforce coding standards, and promote best engineering practices.
• Design responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Next.js, including Nest.js components.
• Build robust RESTful APIs, server‑side logic, middleware, and database schemas using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Git, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with architects, UI/UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading development teams or projects.
• Strong background in full‑stack development with a focus on React.
• Experience working in Qatar or willingness to relocate.
