Fund Analyst

About the role

The Fund Analyst will support the design and implementation of the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) transformation agenda. This includes detailed analysis, pricing methodology reviews, profitability assessments, and operating model enhancements across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Global Markets and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current FTP methodologies, pricing structures and profitability allocation mechanisms.
• Support redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, behavioral assumptions and margin allocation frameworks.
• Develop dashboards and management reports related to profitability, FTP and RAROC performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements and document business and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technology teams for data, reporting and calculation requirements and track delivery milestones.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Qatar.
