Gallery Associate

About the role

The Gallery Associate supports daily operations, sales, artist relations and administrative functions of the gallery. This client‑facing role requires strong communication, organization and a professional presentation aligned with the gallery’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and cultivate collector relationships through exceptional client service, POS processing and sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, prepare invoices and consignment agreements, and coordinate shipping, framing and installation logistics.
• Support exhibition planning and execution, including artwork intake, condition reporting, labeling, inventory updates and installation/de‑installation.
• Provide organized administrative support, including payment tracking, daily POS reconciliation and contract file management.
• Assist marketing efforts by preparing social media content, updating website inventory, and coordinating artwork photography.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in a commercial gallery, luxury retail, auction house or similar client‑facing environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 12 kg and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a proactive, personable attitude.
