General Services Manager

About the role

The General Services Manager oversees all administrative and support services for the headquarters, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, space allocation, and workplace services.
• Supervise non‑core services such as cleaning, security, supplies, and utilities.
• Oversee non‑core procurement, vendor contracts, and cost‑effective service delivery.
• Coordinate government relations, licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and control the General Services budget, monitor expenses, and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in administration, general services or facilities management.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in corporate or real‑estate environments.
