About the role
As a Government Sales Manager at Hilton, you will be the face of the hotel for government and institutional clients, creating memorable hospitality experiences while driving group revenue. This role blends relationship building with strategic sales planning in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify new government leads to exceed sales targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones.
- Analyze market trends and craft targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- Coordinate booking details, including rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry in the hotel’s sales management system.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with government clients.
