Graduate Development Programme – Qatar National (2-year)

About the role

The Graduate Development Programme is a two‑year structured development pathway designed for recent Qatari university graduates. Participants will receive a blend of general aviation exposure and role‑specific training to prepare them for future positions within the QR Group.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive general aviation training modules.
• Complete role‑specific development activities aligned with QR Group business needs.
• Apply newly acquired skills, competencies and behaviours in practical assignments.

Required profile

• Qatari nationality or Qatari mother.
• Age between 20 and 28 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a Supreme Education Council‑approved institution.
• Clearance from CID and medical clearance.
