About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert – Bellman creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working at Le Méridien in Doha, you will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience that reflects the brand’s European spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing personalized service.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move throughout the property, handling objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
