Guest Experience Expert (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay at our Autograph Collection hotel in Doha. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out while delivering personalized service in Arabic. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, handling operational tasks and turning routine transactions into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, including processing operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Move freely throughout the property to address guest needs promptly.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Ensure confidentiality, protect company assets, and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
