About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Front Office is responsible for creating memorable, personalized moments for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. Working in the heart of the resort’s front office, you will embody the brand’s legendary service standards and ensure every interaction reflects true Qatari hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests throughout their stay.
• Manage front‑office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries, with precision and warmth.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and other departments to coordinate seamless experiences.
• Maintain the resort’s service standards and brand guidelines at all times.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and proactively resolve issues.
