Guest Relation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relation Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, luxurious environment for visitors at Printemps Doha. As the brand ambassador, you will ensure a seamless and memorable experience, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service and act as the face of the brand.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and guide them through the store.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury brands, designers, products and current trends.
• Support sales by presenting products, influencing decisions and negotiating when appropriate.
• Utilize CRM systems to record interactions and follow‑up with guests.
• Uphold store policies, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience handling guest complaints and resolving issues.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of luxury brand products, designers and trends.
• Understanding of luxury customer service standards and etiquette.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Awareness of store policies, procedures and product offerings.
