Guest Relations Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Guest Relations Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our vibrant team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. The role focuses on delivering personalized, courteous service that reflects Turkish hospitality while ensuring every guest feels welcome from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, personalized and punctual service to all guests, embodying Turkish culture and hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and create rich lifestyle experiences for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints diplomatically, ensuring swift resolution.
• Uphold professional presentation and interact confidently with VIP guests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
• Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and busy periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation and CRM systems.
• Competent use of email and basic computer applications.
