Guest Relations Agent – Front Desk

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Guest Relations Agent you ensure seamless check‑in and check‑out while delivering memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests, completing check‑in, verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys and providing welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Support efficient check‑out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge, including room types, rates, promotions and area information to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel services through up‑selling techniques to recommend amenities and maximize revenue.
• Delight guests by responding to requests, resolving concerns promptly and managing communications.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests quickly and efficiently.
• Manage feedback, inquiries and complaints, ensuring appropriate service recovery and follow‑up.
• Coordinate VIP, Hilton Honors, repeat‑guest and special‑occasion arrangements.
