Guest Relations Intern

About the role

Join the Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection team as a Guest Relations Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a world‑class hospitality environment. You will support the Guest Relations department in delivering memorable experiences to guests while learning the fundamentals of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check‑in process.
• Provide prompt, courteous assistance for guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support daily front‑desk operations, including check‑outs and reservation handling.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities, special events, and personalized services.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with the team to implement service improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management or related program.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
