Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager leads the Guest Relations team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha, ensuring every guest experiences the brand’s legendary hospitality. This role oversees daily operations, resolves guest inquiries, and collaborates with all departments to maintain the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the Guest Relations team to deliver personalized service.
• Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with front‑office, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality with a genuine care for guests.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in a guest‑facing role within luxury hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
