Guest Service Center Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Center Agent is the first point of contact for hotel guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. Working on the Front Office team, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and support audit procedures while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and transfer guest calls, manage wake‑up requests and telephone inquiries.
• Register and follow up on guest requests, room defects and special needs.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out processes, including audit and cash handling procedures.
• Promote hotel services and up‑sell rooms, packages and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of foreign currency, credit card and cash transactions.
• Communicate guest feedback to the Guest Service Manager and collaborate with other departments.
• Adhere to security, fire safety and health regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably hospitality.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and professional grooming.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Cash handling and foreign currency transaction experience.
