Guest Service Supervisor (F&B)

About the role

As a Guest Service Supervisor (F&B) you will lead daily banquet operations, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will bring a positive attitude, oversee event execution, and uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
• Communicate event details and updates to Food & Beverage teams.
• Manage event breakdown, storing equipment correctly for subsequent events.
• Supervise F&B team scheduling, coaching, performance recognition and overall staffing.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
