Guest Transportation Driver

About the role

As a Guest Transportation Driver you will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, ensuring their luggage is handled with care and their experience starts and ends on a positive note. You will operate hotel vehicles, escort guests, and keep the transportation area tidy and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, transport luggage, and introduce them to rooms and hotel amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards.
• Operate hotel vehicles to move guests to and from designated locations.
• Maintain bell carts, work areas, and equipment in clean, good‑working condition.
