Head of IT Staffing & Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of IT Staffing & Managed Services to lead business growth, drive client acquisition, and oversee staffing and managed operations in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development, revenue growth and acquire new clients.
• Lead IT staffing, manpower outsourcing and managed services operations.
• Build strong client relationships, ensure account retention and expansion.
• Manage proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations and sales pipelines.
• Oversee service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, quality and operational performance.
• Handle budgets, revenue forecasts, gross profit and overall profitability.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams while ensuring contractual compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant operations or project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, managed services or service delivery.
• Proven track record in business development, revenue growth and client relationship management.
• Expertise in financial management, commercial negotiations, SLAs/KPIs and operational excellence.
