Head of Sales and Business Development

About the role

Manforce Trading is looking for a commercially strong Head of Sales & Business Development to drive growth of its manpower supply business in Qatar. This hands‑on player‑coach will lead the sales function while personally developing strategic accounts and converting opportunities into profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Qatar sales and business development plan, delivering revenue, gross‑profit and collection targets.
• Identify high‑potential clients and projects, build a qualified pipeline, and lead client presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals, extensions and additional manpower requirements while coordinating with recruitment, operations, finance and mobilization teams.
• Manage tenders, RFQs and RFPs, ensuring pricing, margins and payment terms are commercially viable, and participate in major contract negotiations.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales/business development team, establishing pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and CRM compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manpower supply, workforce outsourcing or related B2B services.
• Proven Gulf experience with direct exposure to Qatar and a strong personal network in the GCC manpower‑services market.
• Track record of acquiring and growing corporate accounts, handling tenders, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders such as CEOs, procurement heads, HR leaders and project directors.
• Experience leading or developing a sales team and managing commercial authority within approved limits.
