About the role
Darwish Interserve Facilities Management is looking for a Help Desk Officer to support its facilities management operations in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on receiving, recording and coordinating service requests from customers and facility users.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log service requests from customers and facility users.
- Coordinate requests with the appropriate maintenance and technical teams.
- Track the progress of service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates and resolutions to customers.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a help desk or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to record and track requests.
- Capability to work with technical teams to coordinate solutions.
