Hook Up Lead - Onshore

About the role

The Hook Up Lead will oversee onshore hook‑up and integration activities, coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead offshore hook‑up and integration activities.
• Manage offshore campaign planning, preparation, execution and close‑out.
• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, including engineers, superintendents and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company standards.
• Establish clear team responsibilities, work scopes, schedules and deliverables.
• Resolve construction and execution issues across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Coordinate daily with stakeholders, contractors and offshore teams.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or extensive oil & gas industry experience.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in project‑related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and wellhead platform construction activities.
• Familiarity with General Specifications (GS) and international standards such as AWS and API.

Required skills

• Interpretation of GA drawings, structural drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and building marking plans.
• Knowledge of AWS and API standards.
