Hostess – Luxury Retail Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join the team at Printemps Doha, a luxury retail and dining destination. The role involves welcoming guests, managing seating and reservations, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
• Organise seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient table turnover.
• Handle waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times professionally.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimise seating and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Customer‑focused with excellent organisational skills.
