Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, a luxury 5‑star resort in Qatar, is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join its Rooms Division team. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, villas and public areas while delivering discreet, personalized service in a remote desert environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms and assigned public areas according to luxury hospitality standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and perform detailed cleaning of all assigned spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies safely following established guidelines.
• Respect guest privacy, confidentiality and “Do Not Disturb” procedures at all times.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping or Room Attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, hardworking and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Fluent or conversational in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques and luxury room standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools and safe handling practices.
