Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces are maintained to Pullman’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will lead a team of housekeepers, coordinate daily tasks and respond promptly to guest requests to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the upkeep of guest floors, public areas and back‑of‑house zones according to brand standards.
• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, scheduling work and allocating resources efficiently.
• Ensure guest supplies are replenished and periodical cleaning schedules are followed.
• Conduct regular room inspections, record room status accurately and address any issues.
• Respond quickly to guest requirements and requests to maximise satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene policies.
• Communicate daily priorities to the team to personalise service.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5‑star hotel.
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality is preferred.
• Strong guest‑relations and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
