HR and Admin Specialist – End‑to‑End HR Operations

About the role

Averda is seeking an HR and Admin Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR operations across its Qatar business unit. The role combines payroll, employee lifecycle administration, talent acquisition, learning, performance, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise organisation structures using workforce analytics and capability mapping.
• Lead data‑driven talent acquisition, market intelligence sourcing and onboarding programmes.
• Track, analyse and report learning and development outcomes linked to business performance.
• Facilitate performance management cycles and provide progress reporting.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues.
• Design, execute and measure employee engagement initiatives using pulse surveys and data insights.
• Ensure policy governance, compliance and translate policies into practical practices.
• Support health, safety and environmental standards and identify workforce risks.
• Handle administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• SHRM, CIPD or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar labour laws.
• Fluent English; Hindi and Arabic are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
