HRIS Executive

About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Executive to ensure accurate employee data across the full lifecycle and support HR processes in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The role combines system administration, data analysis and user training to keep our HR information system reliable and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records for hires, terminations, promotions and transfers in the HRIS.
• Monitor and validate HR transactions across Qatar, KSA and Kuwait, ensuring data accuracy and structural alignment.
• Troubleshoot system and access issues, coordinating with HRIS specialists, IT and vendors.
• Administer user roles, permissions, organizational structures and costing setups under HRIS governance.
• Support recruitment, payroll and performance‑management modules throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Conduct periodic audits to correct inconsistencies in records, leave data and org charts.
• Manage performance‑appraisal cycles, including template creation, objective setting and reporting.
• Generate and analyse regular HR dashboards and ad‑hoc reports using Power BI.
• Act as SharePoint super‑user, managing libraries, access rights and licences.
• Deliver training and first‑line support to HR coordinators and business teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems or HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HR master data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with labour laws in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and work under pressure.
