HSE Trainer (Onshore & Offshore)

About the role

The HSE Trainer will report to the Project HSE Manager and work within the HSE Department of the COMP2 project. You will design, deliver and monitor health, safety and environment training programmes for employees, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training sessions both onshore and offshore.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive training reports.
• Assist the HSE Engineer with weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensure training programmes and qualifications meet Saipem and QELNG requirements.
• Act as deputy for the Training HSE Coordinator during absences.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised HSE qualification with a valid training certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HSE/SHES Trainer.
• Experience on Saipem or QELNG projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Hindi language skills are an advantage.
• Medically fit to work in offshore environments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and training methodologies.
• Ability to deliver training to diverse onshore and offshore audiences.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
