Human Resources Information System Specialist (HRIS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to lead the implementation of a new HCM system and manage its ongoing administration. You will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports both operational and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and go‑live.
• Act as the primary HRIS liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business units.
• Administer the HCM system: manage user access, security roles, workflows, and module configurations.
• Maintain data integrity across Core HR, Payroll interface, Recruitment, Performance, Learning, etc.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive system enhancements.
• Design and deliver standard and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Provide day‑to‑day functional support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ticket logs.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in HRIS/HRMS/HCM roles.
• Proven involvement in HCM implementation projects.
• Strong system administration and reporting experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with major enterprise or SaaS HCM platforms.
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tool (preferred).
