Human Resources Manager – Hospitality & Fine Dining

About the role

The leading hospitality and fine‑dining group in Doha is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities across its premium restaurant portfolio. You will shape people strategies, ensure compliance with local regulations, and nurture a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition for all locations.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Drive performance management, training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration and ensure HR compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
• Develop and implement HR policies that support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong hospitality background, preferably in restaurants, hotels or F&B operations.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR regulations.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
