About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for a fast‑paced, service‑driven organization operating across multiple locations in Qatar. This role ensures seamless recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for all company sites.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Administer performance evaluation systems and staff development plans.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll processes with Finance.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization with Operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR management experience, preferably in service, hospitality, or operations‑driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Experience managing large teams and multi‑site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Currently based in Qatar.
