About the role
We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to manage workforce data, oversee time‑keeping processes, and support administrative workflows. The role requires rigorous data entry, strict attendance tracking, and proactive follow‑up on pending operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Enter employee details, contracts, and personal documents into the HRIS database.
- Update digital and physical personnel folders in line with compliance regulations.
- Cross‑check data against source files to ensure accuracy.
- Log employee status changes, vacation balances, and visa renewal documents.
- Gather weekly and monthly timesheets from all departments.
- Audit attendance, overtime, sick leave, and unexcused absences.
- Resolve time‑log errors by contacting regional supervisors.
- Monitor pending task lists, internal approvals, and management sign‑offs.
- Track employee request lifecycles from submission to delivery.
- Coordinate with third‑party providers regarding health insurance.
Required profile
- Native or professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in HR administration or data‑clerk roles.
- Professional proficiency with internal software and business‑level email communication.
