About the role
The HVAC Supervisor – Engineering will oversee the installation, maintenance and calibration of all heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment within The Ritz‑Carlton Doha. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s commitment to luxury service by ensuring reliable and efficient climate control systems.
Key responsibilities
- Install HVAC tools, appliances and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Recommend replacement of worn or obsolete equipment.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters and related instrumentation.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality service in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance practices.
