ICS Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a hands‑on Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cybersecurity Specialist to protect, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats across Windows‑based OT environments. You will lead the implementation of ISA/IEC 62443 standards and ensure compliance for network levels 0‑3.5 and standalone devices.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an OT cybersecurity management system and related policies.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits to identify gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Manage patch deployment, anti‑virus updates, and OS upgrades for Windows devices.
• Consolidate and secure standalone devices used for PLC configuration.
• Prepare and document compliance for workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Design and implement technical solutions such as SIEM, IPS, and ATP.
• Monitor security tools, investigate alerts, and lead incident response.
• Perform detailed technical analysis of ICS components and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience securing industrial control systems and OT networks.
• Strong knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
• Hands‑on expertise with Windows operating systems and patch management.
• Ability to work with OT teams and communicate technical resolutions.
