Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Trifid Media Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join its Doha headquarters. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to deliver effective marketing campaigns for a diverse client base across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate influencers that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, timelines, invoices and campaign documentation.
• Oversee influencer collaborations from strategy and briefing through execution and reporting.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement, conversions and ROI.
• Quality‑check influencer content to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with creative, social media and project management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in influencer, social media or digital marketing campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Qatar advertising regulations, disclosure requirements and cultural standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
