Information Technology Program Manager

About the role

The role is to lead end‑to‑end IT delivery across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover and go‑live activities, driving large‑scale ERP and digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Govern program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and overall delivery quality.
• Manage enterprise integrations, data readiness, release management, service transition and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, system integrators and vendors.
• Lead governance forums and steering committees, providing executive‑level reporting on progress, financials, risks and benefits.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT program or delivery management.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale ERP/digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and data governance standards.
