Innovation Expert (Arabic Speaker) – 12‑Month Contract in Doha

About the role

EY is seeking an Innovation Expert to lead the design and execution of innovation strategies in its Doha office. The role will run for 12 months and requires fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with EY’s broader objectives.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions to nurture a culture of creativity.
• Evaluate submitted ideas, prioritize based on strategic fit, feasibility and impact.
• Guide concepts through prototype development, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Assess prototype scalability, ROI and strategic relevance.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, business developers and project managers to maintain a structured innovation process.
• Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in innovation management, product development or similar.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong English proficiency.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or technology‑specific credentials are preferred.
