About the role
We are seeking an Insurance Assistant Underwriter to join our underwriting and broking team in Doha. The role supports the preparation, submission and administration of insurance business, helping senior underwriters deliver suitable solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and review risk information from clients and brokers.
- Prepare insurance submissions and obtain quotations from insurers.
- Compare terms, conditions and pricing to recommend optimal coverage.
- Assist senior team members in developing insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up on submissions.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Strong administrative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical insurance is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
