IT Project Manager – Banking & Wealth Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead banking‑related technology projects within the Wealth Management and Custody domains. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end solutions on platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, Finastra TCM, TCS BaNCS or FIS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate Agile and Waterfall delivery models according to project needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, change management and communication across business and technical teams.
• Lead process mapping, re‑engineering and ensure alignment with banking regulations.
• Oversee UAT planning, coordination and test execution to guarantee solution quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the banking sector.
• Domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management or Custody/Securities.
• Hands‑on exposure to at least one of the following platforms: Avaloq, Finastra TCM, Temenos, TCS BaNCS, FIS Securities Lending & Borrowing.
• Strong ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
