IT Project Manager – Finance Background, Arabic Speaker

About the role

The company seeks an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong finance background and fluency in Arabic to lead complex digital projects. You will be responsible for delivering IT solutions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating internal teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, plan, execute and finalize IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with policies.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and hand‑over, coordinating consultants, contractors and statutory authorities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, assign duties, monitor progress, control budgets and report status to senior management.
• Conduct business needs analysis, develop business cases, and ensure solutions fit corporate architecture and technology standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing activities and post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• 8‑10 years of project management experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role within a financial institution.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken mandatory).
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
