IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering IT projects on time, within scope and budget while coordinating internal teams and external vendors. This role ensures smooth execution from planning through delivery and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Perform risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, tendering and performance evaluation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience managing IT projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience across multiple technical domains such as networks, business applications and cloud technologies.
• Background in procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Familiarity with IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
