ITS Asset Manager – Roads Operations & Maintenance

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented ITS Asset Manager to join its Doha team. You will act as the liaison between ITS Operations/Technical Teams and the Asset Management function, ensuring that data from road and tunnel control centres, communications networks and related systems is captured, analysed and turned into actionable asset strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and structure asset and maintenance data from RCCs, TCCs, fiber backbones, switches, SCADA/ATMS platforms and power/UPS systems.
• Maintain and continuously improve the asset register, hierarchy and classification in line with contract requirements and best practices.
• Analyse maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability) and translate operational KPIs into asset performance indicators.
• Develop condition‑assessment criteria, risk‑based prioritisation and lifecycle planning for renewal and capital investment.
• Identify recurring failures, systemic risks or obsolescence issues and propose mitigation actions.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for internal management and client reporting.
• Ensure data integrity within EAMS systems and validate correct data flows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in infrastructure asset management.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with technical experts and operations teams.
• Familiarity with transportation‑related control centres and communication networks.
• Ability to develop maintenance strategies and support long‑term capital planning.
