Key Account Manager - Medical Aesthetics

About the role

THC Consulting FZE is hiring a Key Account Manager on behalf of a client in the medical aesthetics industry, working on-site in Qatar. The role suits a commercially driven, relationship-oriented professional with 5-8 years of experience in medical aesthetics or aesthetic dermatology, who will build and grow partnerships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centres, hospitals, plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and strengthen market penetration in Qatar.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and commercial KPIs through strategic account management.
• Create tailored account plans and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Promote the medical aesthetics portfolio, present product value propositions and support product education in line with approved information.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, retain existing accounts and increase account value.
• Work with marketing, medical affairs and internal stakeholders on product launches and customer engagement programmes.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics or aesthetic dermatology; general pharmaceutical sales experience alone is not sufficient.
• Proven track record in key account management, territory sales, business development and hitting commercial targets.
• Established relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons or aesthetic physicians.
• Strong understanding of Qatar's medical aesthetics market and ability to negotiate commercial terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
