Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Sheraton is looking for a Kids Club Attendant in Doha to join the youth program team and provide fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests in a warm and welcoming environment. The role involves building rapport with children and parents and taking part in daily club activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organize arts and crafts time, lead games, read stories and sing songs.
• Promote the club's youth programs and activities and help parents register for them.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean, neat and well maintained.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist people with disabilities and speak clearly and professionally.
• Follow company policies, keep proprietary information confidential and protect company assets.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related or supervisory experience required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand, sit or walk for long periods.
