Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, guiding prospective clients through the leasing process for residential and commercial properties offered by FGREALTY.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and clearly explain lease terms and conditions.
• Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth move‑ins and handovers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, respond promptly to inquiries, and support resident retention.
• Keep detailed records in leasing systems and stay updated on market trends.
• Contribute to achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of lease administration, including drafting and reviewing agreements.
• Experience in tenant relationship management and resident retention.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Solid understanding of the Doha real‑estate market and basic property‑management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries, meet time‑sensitive deadlines, and work on‑site.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
