About the role
Steps Real Estate, a leading brokerage and property management firm in Qatar, is seeking dynamic Leasing Consultants to join its team in Doha. The role focuses on managing residential and commercial property listings, conducting viewings, and facilitating sales and rental transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and meet with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and partners.
- Stay updated on Qatar’s real estate market trends.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of leasing experience in Qatar.
- Valid Qatari ID and driving licence.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Professional, goal‑oriented and motivated.
