Lifeguard

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests and staff in our hotel’s swimming areas. The role involves monitoring pool activities, maintaining safety equipment, and responding swiftly to any emergency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise designated swimming zones during posted business hours.
• Set up and inspect safety equipment, including flotation devices, rescue boat, first‑aid kit, and correct safety flags.
• Maintain clear signage of business hours, pool depth, and water/air temperatures.
• Respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer CPR or first aid as needed.
• Ensure a rescue boat is ready for use at all times.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard certification with the ability to perform CPR and first aid.
• 2–5 years of lifeguarding experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Good English communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle emergencies calmly.
